Waiting on Wednesday (63)

"Waiting on Wednesday" is a weekly bookish meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine where book bloggers discuss the books that they are most anxiously waiting for! (And this fabulous button was designed by my dear blogger friend Lindsay at The Violet Hour)

This week I'm waiting on...

Days of Blood & Starlight by Laini Taylor

In this stunning sequel to the highly acclaimed "Daughter of Smoke and Bone," Karou must come to terms with who and what she is, and how far she'll go to avenge her people. Filled with heartbreak and beauty, mysteries and secrets, new characters and old favorites, Days of Blood and Starlight brings the richness, color and intensity of the first book to a brand new canvas.
So, there's obviously not much of a description of this one available yet, but I didn't want to wait longer to post it! I hadn't read the first book, Daughter of Smoke & Bone until very recently and I'm so excited to read the second that I've already pre-ordered a copy. (Crazy, right?) It's just that good. And that cover! Stunning!

Add it to your Goodreads shelf!

Also, I figured I would combine this post with W.W.W. Wednesdays...so here is some more info about my reading for this week! To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…Grab the logo...and post your link at Should Be Reading!

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

What are YOU waiting on this week?

Oh I want this one so badly. DOSAB was probably my fav book of last year. I am totally going to find a signing in my neck of the woods. Laini lives here in Portland so it shouldn't be hard :)

I can't believe how long I waited to read DOSAB! I loved it when I read it in April for class and smacked myself for not reading it sooner, lol. :)

Definitely read DOSAB! It was SO good. :)

I can't wait to have both covers side-by-side on my shelf. :) Is it November yet?!

I've just started Ripper and so far so good! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it. :)

Definitely make time for DOSAB, Jenny! It's worth every second you spend reading it. :)
